Seattle Coffee Roasters was born from a simple idea: great coffee brings people together. Founded in 2015 by coffee enthusiasts Emma Rodriguez and Jake Thompson, we started with a small roaster in our garage and a dream to share exceptional coffee with our community.

Sustainability Matters
We’re committed to environmental responsibility. All our to-go cups are compostable, we offer discounts for bringing your own cup, and our coffee grounds are free for gardeners.
